MR. NISHAN SUMANADEERA 

Nishan Sumanadeera is the founder of Frontier Capital Partners Ltd, with over 25 years experience in investment consultancy services such as Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Restructuring & turnaround management, Divestments, and other related legal and financial services. 

Mr. Sumanadeera is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant, FCMA, FCPA (Aust.) and Attorney at law. He also holds Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and specialized diploma in investment banking. He has served as a Director, Consultant and advisor for over 25 companies. 

Prior to starting his consultancy firm, he was the Head of the Investment Banking at Asia Capital PLC and Director of Asia Securities (Pvt) Ltd. Mr Sumanadeera also served as the Legal and Financial Consultant of Asia Capital PLC Group during 2020-2022 and spearheaded their internal restructuring on behalf of QI Group Malaysia. 

MR. ESHAN PERERA

Mr Eshan Perera is a highly accomplished, results driven senior level executive with more than 32 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, finance, operations and general management in diverse industries including financial services, climate change, retail, property development, garments manufacturing, software development and hospitality & leisure within start-ups as well as large established organisations. He has demonstrated ability to streamline business operations that drive growth and increase efficiency and bottom line profit. 

Mr Perera posses strong qualifications in general management, business planning, developing and implementing financial controls and processes in additon to productivity improvements and change management. Well-travelled and experienced in carrying out critical assignments and negotiation in foreign countries (U.K., USA, Australia, China, Germany, Japan, UAE, India, Nepal, Indonesia, Singapore, New Zealand and Maldives). Possesses solid leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with all levels of staff and management.
