Browse the FC Deal Book to identify an investment opportunity that aligns with your strategic, financial, or sectoral interests. Each opportunity is pre-screened for viability, structure, and readiness.
Once a suitable opportunity is identified, initiate contact with Frontier Capital by emailing info@frontiercapital.lk, clearly referencing the deal of interest.
Prior to sharing detailed information, interested parties are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a Non-Circumvention Agreement (NCA) to ensure confidentiality and protect the integrity of the transaction process.
Following execution of the NDA/NCA, Frontier Capital will formally introduce the buyer and seller, acting as the exclusive facilitator for the transaction.
Commercial discussions and negotiations are conducted directly between the parties, with Frontier Capital providing strategic guidance, valuation support, and deal structuring assistance where required.
Upon reaching broad commercial agreement, the buyer undertakes legal, financial, tax, and operational due diligence. Frontier Capital can facilitate this process through its associate professional firms, subject to applicable third-party fees.
The transaction is formalised through the execution of a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and completion of all regulatory, legal, and financial requirements, leading to deal closure.
Seller Fee: 3% of the total transaction value
Buyer Fee: 1% of the total transaction value
Listing an opportunity in the FC Deal Book is free of charge. However, sellers are required to sign a Fee Mandate with Frontier Capital, agreeing to the applicable success-based fees upon transaction completion.
Frontier Capital may also assist with due diligence coordination and legal documentation through its associate companies, with all professional fees charged separately by third-party service providers.
